Kelvin serves as a Director at Linea Law, bringing three decades of legal experience to the firm. He graduated from the University of Hull in 1995 and was called to the Bar of Middle Temple in 1996 and to the Singapore Bar in 1998.

Kelvin’s practice is centered on general commercial litigation and private client matters. He is known for a "boots-on-the-ground" approach, prioritising honest, workable solutions over legal complexity. Clients value his ability to provide clear, direct counsel that focuses on their actual objectives rather than just the legal mechanics. His litigation experience is diverse, assisting clients through complex issues including breach of trust, shareholder conflicts, and high-stakes contractual disputes.

In his private client practice, Kelvin handles a broad range of matrimonial proceedings, personal protection matters, and estate matters. He is known for providing a realistic assessment of every case, helping clients navigate sensitive transitions with as much clarity and practical foresight as possible.

Beyond the courtroom, Kelvin maintains an active corporate advisory practice. He serves as a pragmatic partner to businesses, advising on regulatory issues and strategic operational legalities. Whether he is representing a corporation in a commercial conflict or an individual in a private dispute, Kelvin’s goal remains consistent: to provide a straightforward, effective path forward that is grounded in the practical realities of the situation.
