Vicki Heng is the founder of Linea Law LLC (formerly known as Vicki Heng Law Corporation). She graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1998 and was called to the Bar in 1999. Since then, Vicki has specialised in intellectual property law. She helps clients develop, protect, and enforce their intellectual property rights.

She advises local and overseas clients on brand clearance, protection, franchising, licensing, and technology transfers. Vicki also handles contentious intellectual property cases, including infringement, trade mark opposition, invalidation and cancellation.  Through the years, Vicki has supported numerous domestic businesses with not only their intellectual property issues but also their commercial and employment matters. 

Vicki is a member of the Asian Patent Agents Association (Singapore). She also serves as a Board Member of CaringSG, a charity supporting caregivers of persons with disabilities.  In addition, she runs NotariseSG, a platform for notarial and commissioning services that offers clients streamlined and reliable solutions.  She also works closely with Dover Park Hospice, assisting their patients with estate planning, on a pro bono basis.

Outside of work, Vicki enjoys art, craft, cooking, and computer games with her two children. Her drink of choice is coffee, black.
